Landon Haney
Owner & Manager
Landon began Haney’s Mowing & Landscaping LLC at the age of 14 years old while still in high school. Starting with a distant cousin needing a rental house maintained while he was in Florida, he began to mow, trim and edge the property weekly where neighbors recognized his talents. His great grandma Liz Stephens began to drive him around providing mowing services to local residents in Arcanum.
Today Landon manages a Commercial and Residential Landscaping and Lawn Care company proudly serving the Miami Valley. With nearly 60 regular mowing accounts, over 1000 yards of mulch spread each year, the team at Haney’s is busy around the clock.
Landon was the winner of the 2024 National FFA American Star of Agribusiness Award! His impressive achievements in FFA and Agribusiness highlight his unwavering dedication and proficiency in the field. This prestigious honor not only recognizes his hard work but also reflects his commitment to excellence in his business. Landon’s passion and determination truly set him apart in the industry!
Landon proudly supports the Arcanum FFA Chapter, Arcanum Athletic Boosters, Serve Arcanum and Darke County 4-H Livestock Sales, along with many other community events.
He enjoys spending time at the lake with his family, along with working on the family grain farm.
